Minne”Snow”ta In a Tree
An ornament which captures the essence of Minnesota in the colder months. This six layer ornament features Minnesota winter activities such as skiing, bobsledding, ice fishing, hockey, ice palace, and maybe even a couple more hidden details. I have been wanting to make this ornament for over a year, but I could never get it quite the way I wanted it.
\nThen, out of nowhere, late in the evening on December 12, a creative thread landed in my mind, and I began pulling on that thread until the wee hours of the morning. Around 3 AM on December 13th, I had a design that made me happy. December 13th is also the anniversary of when my incredible dad passed away, so I like to think he was helping to guide me with his artistic spirit.

The In a Tree series fits naturally into holiday décor, but it isn’t tied to a single season. With their rustic feel and layered detail, these pieces are just as at home on a bookshelf, mantel, or desk — wherever they can be enjoyed all year long.
