Returns & Guarantees

I stand behind my work. If something isn’t right, I’ll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, or if there’s an issue with the craftsmanship, I’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

 Custom pieces—like full-size lake maps—are handled a little differently. Since they’re made specifically for you, they aren’t eligible for returns. That said, if something’s not right, I’ll work with you to find a fair solution.

For everything else, returns and issues are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making sure you’re taken care of.

If you run into any problems, just reach out. A quick photo and a short note about what’s going on is usually all I need to get started.
