Hiawatha and Nokomis Lake Map – Hennepin County – Minnesota
Hiawatha and Nokomis are popular lakes on the east side of Minneapolis. I used to walk my daughter around the lakes in a stroller on warm summer days. With nice beaches, parks, great biking and walking trails, and even the occasional lake monster on the south side of Nokomis, it's no wonder these lakes are so popular.
I decided to put both lakes on the same map since they are so close to each other, and they are roughly the same depth. I particularly like the bridge feature on Nokomis. The map shown was a Christmas gift for Susan.
I can certainly make individual maps of these lakes if desired.
