I generally consider my map of Cass Lake to be the map that launched Laser Lakes as a concept and as a company. This was the first large map I made. It took me 90 days to design and assemble. I made it for a friend and coworker that has a cabin on the lake. After people saw this map, they began asking me about making maps of other lakes - and so my Laser Lakes journey began.
The map pictured is the only map I have produced of this lake, and features older styles, materials and techniques than I currently employ. If I make another, it will be inline with my current map styles as I incorporate lessons I have learned over the years.
